The purpose of our putting this booklet together for you was to insure you have the best and most possible current home buying educational tools available. This will be particularly helpful if you are a first time buyer or if has been several years or more since you have purchased real estate.
This is not something you will likely find other Realtors or Brokers will provide to you. In fact to our knowledge there are NO other Realtors or Brokers in this area that have such a tool for Home Buyers.

The Arizona Real Estate Commissioner, Sam Wercinski and our Arizona Governor, Janet Napolitano, recently released a combined effort piece titled “Arizona Home Buyers’ and Renters’ Bill of Rights”. This is a one page document, that when used from the Internet, can take you to many links for information you should know about the community or neighborhood you are considering. It was designed to “protect you and the public”. You will find this document on page 7.
